Did you know that since the last time I wrote back in 2022, I got a job? Probably not, because I don't believe that I ever mentioned it before. Anyway, I worked at a certain educational training facility (one you may be traumatized from) for twelve months immediately after I finished the 2022 project to last month in February.
It kind of feels like a rite of passage of sorts, you know? Like my first job at 14, damn that's big. It also kind of scares me because that's essentially what growing up is all about, these milestones. It validates my points from previous articles in previous years, and soon I'm going to be able to drive.
My resume and my cover letters are also getting a lot better, which is a good thing considering I was incredibly scared at the start of high school since I didn't do much. Careers is a fun class, by the way, but that's beside the point. But I've also wanted to volunteer more, help out my community, and get some more presentable work. I've been working in community school work and summer camps and have already accumulated almost 200 hours.
